A little background on why I created this doll. I have been making Disney princess and other amigurumi dolls for years now and I always have trouble with displaying them. I always don't want to shell out more money to get a stand especially if you made a lot or Princess already and all of them needs a stand, that would really puta dent on my wallet. So, I thought of making a doll that stands on their own and it's neary impossible. We usually make these dolls with bigger head to make them cuter. Bigger head means more fiber fill on their heads which makes them heavy. The body cannot take it even if you make their feet bigger, it still won't stand on its own.
Then I came across a mystery toy thingy where all the toys inside are Disney princesses that seated! Inspiration struck and I started experimenting on patterns to achieve a sitting princess. This is what I came up with! I will be posting the other princesses as I make them so, please do keep checking back here.
